Witika murder case back in court

Lilongwe High Court has resumed hearing the murder case involving Lester Maganga, who is accused of killing Allan Witika, a former employee of Coca-Cola.

According to Defence Lawyer, Gonjetso Dikiya, 12 witnesses have been paraded and the court is expected to receive oral submissions on the case.

Witika was found dead in his car in September last year at Area 15 in Lilongwe, leading to the arrest of Lester Maganga in October the same year.
