Tvents Soccer Academy keen on talent export

Tvents Soccer Academy is determined to find and develop local talent for potential opportunities in European clubs.

Chisomo Mwamwadi, the Chairperson of the Blantyre-based academy, said this on Saturday at the KUHES Sports Complex during the inauguration of a day-long under-15 Football Bonanza, organised in collaboration with the Ana a M’mudzi Foundation.

Robin Ngalande, who is a former national team footballer, highlighted the importance of soccer academies in grooming players for international markets.

Ngalande urged the teams participating in the tournament to recognise the vital role that academies play in facilitating player exports.

Approximately 10 teams took part in the tournament.

Tvents Soccer Academy provides coaching to students aged six and above on weekends.
