Chairperson for the Parliamentary Committee on Governance Assurance and Public Sector Reforms, Noel Lipipa, says the Social Cash Transfer Program is yielding intended results as most beneficiaries have managed to change their lives.
Lipipa said this in Balaka during a visit the committee made to beneficiaries of the program from Mchenga Village in Traditional Authority Nsamala.
