Referee Ishmael Chizinga says he is ready to officiate elite football matches, if given a chance by the Referees Association of Malawi.
Chizinga, who passed the Cooper test a few weeks ago, has gone almost two years without officiating any matches after he allegedly abused K1.3 million officiation fees for the Southern Region Football Referees Association.
