Organisers of demonstrations under the banner ‘Action Against Political Impunity’ have delivered a petition to Lilongwe District Commissioner.
One of the organisers Wills Nkhoma told MBC that they thought it wise to conduct peaceful demonstrations to avoid giving chance to thieves who take advantage of the demonstrations to destroy other people’s properties.
