President Dr Lazarus Chakwera will tomorrow award an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in International Affairs and Diplomacy (Honoris Causa) to the President of Mozambique, Filipe Nyusi, at the University of Malawi Campus in Zomba.
Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Colleen Zamba, has confirmed this through a statement citing that the function shall commence at 09 AM.
