Chakwera extends Ramadan wishes to Muslim community

President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has extended warm wishes to the Muslim community in the country, marking the beginning of the Holy Ramadan period.

In a statement released today, the President conveyed his sentiments, wishing the Muslim population a period of sanctity and spiritual reflection during the sacred month.

Chakwera has since expressed his respect for the diverse religious fabric that enriches the nation, acknowledging the significance of Ramadan as a time for fasting, prayer, and self-discipline.

In his message, the Malawi leader has highlighted the importance of unity and understanding among all faiths, emphasizing the shared values that bind the people of Malawi together.
