FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have ended their TNM Super League winless streak after defeating FOMO 3-0 at Kamuzu Stadium on Wednesday in Blantyre which moved them 5th on the log table with 20 points.
Bullets’ Gastin Phodo was the first to score in the 14th minute, followed by Babatunde Adepoju in the 39th and Stanley Billiati scored the third in the 73rd minute, while Bullets’ Nickson Nyasulu was awarded as the Man of the Match.
This victory comes after a frustrating start to the season for the quadruple winners, who had endured a five-game winless streak, marking their worst start to a league campaign in eight years.
Bullets’ Coach, Calisto Pasuwa, said the result means it is a motivation as they head towards the north in their upcoming fixture against Karonga United on Sunday.

Elsewhere, Civil Service United have frustrated Creck Sporting Club by coming from behind to defeat them 2-1 at CIVO Stadium in Lilongwe, while in Nkhotakota’s Chitowe Stadium, MAFCO beat Karonga United 1-0, moving them seventh on the log table.
