Britam Insurance Company has hailed their customers for helping them put a strong performance despite the prevalent tough economic climate.
Britam’s Chief Executive Officer, Wales Meja, said this on Monday at their Blantyre offices during the 2024 Customer Service Week launch.
“We are celebrating with our customers because Britam is a customer-centric company that’s why we dedicated this day to them,” Meja said.
The week-long event, which will have several activities, is meant to reflect on the vital role customer service plays in the company’s business.
