Minister of Youth and Sports, Uchizi Mkandawire, says the project completion rate for Mzuzu Youth Centre is approximately at 20%.
Mkandawire was responding to a question from Parliamentarian for Zomba Central, Bester Awali, regarding the progress made in the construction of the youth centre.
The Minister said the project is in phases and that the first phase will see the construction of classrooms and administration block, volleyball,tennis and netball courts and a perimeter fence.
