Nurses warned against unethical conduct

Minister of Education, Madalitso Kambauwa Wirima has warned nurses against unethical conduct such as attending to personal errands while in the course of their duties.

Wirima made the call in Lilongwe during the graduation of Nurses and Midwives from Nkhoma College of Nursing and Midwifery.

She then advised the graduates to work diligently to achieve their full potential in the provision of health services.

Nkhoma College of Nursing and Midwifery Board Chairperson, Reverend Hamilton Yasini Gama, advised the graduates to be ethical in their profession wherever they will be working.

The graduation was held under the theme “Training nurses and midwives to achieve a healthy nation.”
