Mwaiwathu Hospital aims to enhance patient care and improve communication following the completion of a training programme on note-taking and report-writing skills facilitated by tutors from the Malawi School of Government (MSG).
Acting Director of Programmes at MSG, Mathews Chidzondi, said the workshop was aimed to equip healthcare professionals with the tools to accurately document patient information and effectively convey critical details.
“This training has helped to enhance the relationship between our institution and the hospital. In fact, we are eager to sign a memorandum of understanding to take our relationship to the next level,” Chidzondi said.
Mwaiwathu Hospital’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Chizondi Banda, said the training has helped the employees to learn from one another.
