Salima Sugar Company is this morning delivering the first consignment of 750 bales of sugar at Sana Megastore in Lilongwe.
This comes after the company recently resumed its production season.
Sana is the first distributor out of the 22 distributors that the sugar manufacturing company identified to help with sugar sales.
Salima Sugar Executive Chairman, Wester Kossam, has told MBC that Salima will produce over 24,000 metric tons of sugar for retail distribution.
