The Supreme Court of Appeal has adjourned the hearing of the attempted murder and conspiracy to murder case involving Ralph Kasambara, Pika Manondo and MacDonald Kumwembe to a later date.
27
October
The three were convicted of attempting to murder former budget director, Paul Mphwiyo.

High Court Registrar Gladys Gondwe attributed the adjournment to lack of resources as the hearing is slated for Lilongwe.
