The Endoscopy Training Centre will also offer medical training in gastroenterology, which is a branch of medicine focusing on the digestive system and its disorders. The facility is situated at the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre. The centre should bring hope to Malawians with digestive disorders such as ulcers and throat cancer.
