President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has arrived at Iba Primary School Ground in the area of Traditional Authority Jalasi in Mangochi where he is attending celebrations marking 25 years of   Archbishop Thomas Luke Msusa priesthood.

The ceremony has started with a mass service.
He was ordained into the priesthood at the age of 34 on  August 3, 1996.
The Archbishop was appointed Bishop of Zomba Diocese in December 2003 and the following year he was ordained as Bishop of Zomba Diocese on April 17.
In 2013 he was appointed Archbishop of Blantyre Diocese and installed on  February 8, 2014. 
Archbishop Msusa was born on February 2, 1962  and he is 59 years old.
He  is also the current  Chairperson of the Episcopal Conference of Malawi (ECM).
Notable figures present are Cabinet Ministers, Senior Government Officials as well as members of the Tonse Alliance.
