Mpulula claimed that he was not in good books with the side's owner, Max Kapanda and that he was not being given the support he believes he deserved.
He further said the team is also failing to meet some requirements to do with Club Licensing and also failed to meet players demands.
This, according to Leo, compelled some players to turn down contracts, a development he described as detrimental to the side.
"The club is failing to give players signing on fees. Motivation is one of the important elements in game of football and they are failing to come to terms with this.
"The team is failing to rope in experienced players. So do you expect them to well when they have not done the needful?," said Leo.
says that the team has not been giving in to his demands which include buying the players of his wish for the team.
But the club's chairperson Gilton Chakhaza accused the former Epac FC coach of bending the truth.
"The club fired Leo for being uncooperative and is awful to work with. So, its very wrong to claim that he resigned when we relieved him of his duties last week.
"We have since hired Patrick Kulemeka to replace Leo. Kulemeka is equally good and we hope he will ably guide the team as we look forward to start the campaign on positive note and possibly remain in the top flight league," said Chakhaza.
