Anti-crime strategies being pursued by the police in the North are paying off as crime in the region has dropped by 15 percent in the first six months of 2017 when compared to the same period last year.

A 40 year old woman identified as Helen Phiri from Kanthete Village, Traditional Authority Kabunduli Nkhata Bay died on 1st August in a road accident in Mzuzu.
