Malawi Police Service at Kanengo in Lilongwe have scaled up efforts aimed at sensitizing standard eight pupils against cheating during examinations ahead of the Primary School Living Certificate of Education (PSLCE).

Police at Nkhunga in the lakeshore district of Nkhotakota have launched a manhunt for a 22 year old Thokozani Kaunda who is believed to be responsible for the brutal murder of a 15 year old boy Salimini Silva of Chindevu village in the area of Traditional Authority Kanyenda in Nkhotakota district.

The 2017 Malawi Broadcasting Cooperation - MBC Innovator of Innovators Mark Kampira has departed the country for China through Chileka International Airport, where he will be there for a month. Speaking during the departure, Kampira hailed MBC for the initiative of unearthing talents and other innovations for the rural people in the country.
