Battle for the unconditional release of Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary started on Monday with State lawyers Pilirani Masanjala and Steven Kayuni appealing against their release by a lower court recently.

High Court Judge Justice Dingiswayo Madise has dismissed K30 billion  compensation claims by businessman Rashid Tayub and agro-dealers Transglobe Produce Export Limited, the Anti-Corruption Bureau ( ACB) said Wednesday.
