Madagascar moved to the top of their COSAFA Cup 2015 Group B after the first round of matches in the pool were played at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace on Monday.

The Malagasy, appearing in the regional showpiece tournament for the first time since 2008, came from behind to defeat Lesotho 2-1 in the earlier kick-off.
