Among other things, the  2021-2023 plan is being presented to solicit support from  development partners including organisations under the  United Nations (UN),  private sector, academia and civil society.

Government is seeking  partners in the implementation of the plan over the stated period.

Similar engagements are  expected to take place   in Blantyre and Mzuzu.
