This follows a statement released by the HRDC giving the Administration 30 days to respond to some of the issues saying, "Malawians are suffering."
Kazako said Government respects civil society organisations in the country and that it is not adamant.
Kazako said Government wishes to resolve some of the key issues on time saying Malawi has servant leadership.
"Much as we agree with other issues but 95 percent we don't agree with other areas because they have already been addressed," Kazako said.
He further said Government is committed to improving the lives of Malawians hence the need of working together in building the nation.
Kazako also blamed the issue of negativity on anything the Government is doing saying politics of negativity is what derails Malawi's economy.
The Government Spokesperson further said the Administration is currently busy making sure that this year's Affordable Input Programme -AIP is a success and eliminating hunger in the process.
Some of the issues highlighted in the statement include the alleged corruption, nepotism, bad laws and failure to release a report on the public reforms among other things.
But Kazako was quick to say that some of the issues raised were already addressed by the Government.
"For the first time we have a powerful Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director who anyone knows her capacity and she will deliver," added Kazako.
Kazako has since assured the nation that the Tonse Alliance Government will deliver its promises.
