President Peter Mutharika has advised the Malawi Judiciary to be impartial in the delivery of their services, saying Malawi will measure the arm of Government on the basis of how they they deliver justice.
President Peter Mutharika has said there must be a total separation of powers among the three branches of government, namely; Judiciary, Legislature and Executive, saying that is what rules of good governance demand.
