The National Coordinator for Spotlight Initiative Teemar Kidane has described Traditional Leaders and the Judiciary as pillars in the continued battle against gender based violence in the country. Kidane made the remarks at Luweya Primary School in the area of Traditional Authority Chindi in Mzimba when she interacted with women and girls who have been trained on tactics of protecting themselves from perpetrators of gender based violence.
