According to IMM Communications Director, Eric Mataka, the training will offer courses at two levels, namely: The Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing (PCDM) and the Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing (ECDM).
“The course is the leading professional Digital Marketing qualification currently being offered in Zimbabwe and is attracting participants from other countries like Zambia and the UK, making it globally recognizable,” he said.
Mataka added: “IMM therefore encourages Malawians to enroll and participate in these courses as our goal is to empower the Malawian marketer to thrive and compete with their international counterparts.”
IMM was instituted in 2020 after the transition from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) - Malawi members group, while MAZ was established in 2007 after realising that Marketing as a profession in Zimbabwe was not being given the recognition it deserves.
