National Bank of Malawi has supported the Non-Governmental Organisations Day, scheduled to take place in Blantyre, with K4 million.
Senior Manager for the National Bank of Malawi, Shadreck Malenga, said they have supported the event considering the crucial role that NGOs play on issues of governance in the country.
Chief Executive Officer for Non-Governmental Organisations Regulatory Authority (NGORA), Edward Chileka Banda commended NBM for the gesture, saying it will go a long way in supporting the event and its aftermath.
The NGO Day will take place on 16th October under the theme “Strengthening Partnerships and Capacity in the NGO Sector; Panacea for Achieving MW 2063 Agenda”.
