The Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi (ESCOM) has introduced a mobile application aimed at streamlining the reporting of faults and emergencies.
According to ESCOM’s Board Member, John Gift Mwakhwawa, the app is designed to better address customer needs.
“There is an advantage with the digital platform we have launched today,” Mwakhwawa stated.
Key features of the application include general complaints, load-shedding updates, and access to the customer service centre.
