Police in Ntcheu District have arrested 27-year-old Christopher Zimbiri for allegedly possessing various medical drugs without a licence.
According to Ntcheu Police Station publicist, Jacob Khembo, Zimbiri was arrested after police detectives received a tip and went on to seize the drugs on the night of March 25 to 26, 2024 at the suspect’s house in Bula Village in the district.
Khembo added that the suspect will soon appear in court to answer the charge of being found in possession of medical drugs without a licence.
The accused hails from Bula Village, Traditional Authority Kwataine in Ntcheu District.
