Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) has tipped postal operators in the country to embrace the use of modern technologies for the delivery of their services.
Speaking in Blantyre during the 2025 Annual Postal Sector Workshop,
MACRA’s Director General, Daud Suleman, made the remarks in Blantyre during the 2025 Annual Postal Sector Workshop.
Suleman said advanced postal services are crucial in fostering economic development at a national level.
He said the operators should have facilities that will enable customers to track their parcels, among others.
President for Courier Operators of Malawi, Louis MacJessie, said they are taking steps to incorporate the use of technology in their operations.
