Speaking when presenting petition to S African High commission after peaceful demonstration the CSO demanded that S African government should investigate and take action against Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini, Edward Zuma and Minister of Development who incited the attack.
CHRR Executive Director Timothy Mtambo, who led the demonstration, urged South government to be proactive and protect rights of all people living there.
The CSO also want thoroughly investigate the xenophobic attacks and hold those responsible and accountable.

Two Malawians were reported dead and a total of 3,200 have been affected by the attacks living them without property and travel documents.
