Malawi's governing Democratic Progressive Party will  field 192 political heavyweights as parliamentary candidates in the May 21 "watershed poll", according to a list released Friday by the Malawi Election Commission.


The just released 2019 Parliamentary approved candidates’ list by the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) has brought to life a number of some long forgotten political players in an apparent attempt to  re-launch their careers.
