Alinda Nortje who is the Executive Chairperson for Free to Grow International said this in Blantyre during official launch of the company’s brand in Malawi. She said the challenge for most organisations is not devising a vision, values and strategy but to get its people on board.

“Free To Grow aims to bring healing, hope and capacity building to large numbers of people, organisations and communities, helping them realise their potential and live their purpose. We specialise in the development and facilitation of high quality, contextually relevant learning programmes that have sustainable impact,” said Nortje.

Francis Kammalere will run the operations of Free to Grow in Malawi. Speaking to MBC, Kammalere said the company will help to deal with some of the problems that have characterised most workplaces in the country.

“Our role is to sale Free To Grow in Malawi. The employee engagement that has come with the company is very vital on the success of organisations and companies in the country,” he said adding that Free To Grow International is in Malawi to stay.

Free To Grow International started 24 years ago and it operates in many countries particularly in Africa.
