The girls, who are now in forms of 2 to 4, were adopted by the company last year when they were about to drop out from school due to lack of support.
The company donated K1 million towards the girls' education and upkeep at the school.
According to the headmistress of the school, Sister Catherine Chimwaza, life of the four girls at the school has completely changed for the better since the company adopted the group.
“You can see that these are girls who some of them are deaf, blind or have other physical disabilities, they simply require a lot of sophisticated care.” said Chimwaza.
Donating another chunk of money, NICO Asserts Managers senior investments manager Chikondi Gomani said the company believes in investment and the donation is part of it.
“A lot of people in the country do not believe that girls with physical disabilities can do well in their lives so as NICO asserts managers we want to change that mentality through these girls.
“We adopted these girls because we know that through their academic success others will be inspired to work extra hard despite being physically challenged.
Gomani said the company would with support the girls till they finish their education.
