Country Managing Director for Castel Malawi Gille Leclerc disclosed this when the company was launching 50 years of fun promotion and customer incentive in Blantyre. He said listening to and respecting customers is one of the values of the company.
For the past few weeks, Carlsberg beer consumers have been complaining about the new taste of the brand. Leclerc said the company acknowledges messages expressed by customers and consumers pertaining to the taste of Carlsberg green beer.
The Managing Director adds that the company appreciates the input from its customers and he assures the nation that Castel Malawi is doing everything possible to make sure that it satisfies customers’ needs.
“At Castel Malawi, customers and consumers are at the heart of every decision we make. Listening and respecting our customers is one of our most important values shared among all employees within the group Castel Malawi,” said Leclerc.
Carlsberg Malawi Limited has been in Malawi since 1968 and Castel Malawi Limited acquired the company in 2016. To mark the 50 years brand milestone in Malawi, the company has lined up a number of activities like among them bringing back the Carlsberg cup.
