Chipiku Premier Division side, Blue Eagles, who are the 2024 FDH Cup Champions, are set to parade their trophy on Friday in Lilongwe.
Malawi Police Sports Coordinator, Macthird Mmangisa, says they intend to parade their trophy from Area 30, to City Centre, Kawale, Biwi, then join the M1 road to Lilongwe Central Market up-to Crossroads, Area 18 among other places before returning to Area 30.
On Sunday, the men in uniform lifted the K150 million FDH Cup for the first time after defeating defending champions FCB Nyasa Big Bullets, on post-match penalties 3-2 at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.
As Champions, Blue Eagles pocketed K35 million while the losing finalists, Bullets went home with K17 million.
