All set for Science for All national quiz

As one way of encouraging young people to take an interest in science subjects, the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and NICO is set to conduct its annual Science for All quiz.

According to Associate Professor Kondwani Jambo, the founder of Science for All, the initiative aims to inspire greater interest in science among young people.

One of the participants, Trinitas Kuluwemba, a student at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences, said the initiative has boosted her enthusiasm for science.

The quiz is set to take place on 9th November 2024 in Lilongwe.

Participating schools include Nkhatabay Secondary School, Loyola Jesuit, Dedza Secondary School, Blantyre Secondary School, St. Mary’s and Providence Girls Secondary School.
